One of the most anticipated titles for 2009. The original Splatterhouse takes place in the west mansion (aka Splatterhouse) where a parapsychologist named Dr. West conducted bizarre Resident Evil type experiments..(Oops no Resident Evil during that time and definitely no virus yet hehe). The doctor eventually disappeared and the mansion was left to ruins.

2 students named Rick Taylor and Jennifer Wills went to the mansion based on a school project but they got more than they bargained for. Jennifer got kidnapped and Rick wakes up to find the “terror mask” (looks like an average Jason Voorhees hockey mask nothing special haha) Using the mask he was able to save Jennifer.

In the later part of he series Rick marries Jennifer and they have a son named David.

According to reports the new Splatterhouse will explore the mask itself and the entity known as Dr. West.

Baseball bat? Check!

Humongous new Hulk like muscles? Check!
