- Tim Robbins as Howard Stark
- Samuel Jackson as Nick Fury
- Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man
- Gwyneth Paltrow Pepper Potts
We also have rumored appearances!
- Hawkeye
- Black Widow
According to Jon Favreau Hulk & Captain America could fit to an extent in the Iron Man universe, but Thor not so much.

I personally think Terrence Howard is suited better for Jim Rhodes, although Don Cheadle is a good actor, no doubt about that maybe even better than Howard, but the image says it all when it comes to casting IMO.
