I’m not really an expert when it comes to this but I guess I can share with you my personal opinion on these matters. Lack of gaming news does this to you O.o

1. Don’t ask her to be feminine. – True, she’ll be feminine on her own. A girl, no matter how tough she might be will always have a girly side once in a blue moon, so when that happens appreciate the moment.
2. Don’t let her drink over three glasses. She’ll beat someone. – O.o when she’s angry, just be there for her
3. At a cafe, don’t drink coke or juice. Drink coffee. – hahaha a personal preference. lesson? learn what she likes.
4. If she hits you, act like it hurts. If it hurts, act like it doesn’t. – Be strong for her and yet be her friend.
5. On your 100th day together give her a rose during her class. She’ll like it lot. – It doesn’t take a million gifts to let her know that you love her. A simple gift at the right moment will suffice.
6. Make sure you learn fencing and squash. – Be interesting. Continue to grow with her.
7. Also be prepared to go to prison sometimes. – You will make sacrifices with your ego
8. If she says she’ll kill you, don’t take it lightly. You’ll feel better. – Take her seriously when she’s mad. Really
9. If her feet hurts, exchange shoes with her. – Be sensitive.
10. She likes to write, encourage her. – Not only in writing, encourage her to be the best that she can be.

Thor will finally become a movie! I just watched Hulk vs Thor and I’d love to watch more of that big oaf.

To those of you who don’t know Thor well here’s a brief backgrounder, Thor is a part of the Viking lores and is regarded as the son of Odin and has the power to control thunder hence the nickname “God of Thunder”

Marvel comics has portrayed him as an honorable and strong protector of good and less of the oafish beer loving Asgardian. He’s is considered by many as Marvel comics version of Superman.

Chris Hemsworth, who millions have now seen playing George Kirk in J.J. Abrams’ Star Trek is rumored to star as Thor.

Tom Hiddlestone has been casted to play as Loki.

From an interview with Tom:

Loki’s like a comic book version of Edmund in King Lear, but nastier,’ Tom observed.

How much nastier? ‘Well, Loki’s skilled in black magic and scorcery. He’s a shape-shifter and has all sorts of super powers from the dark arts. He can turn clouds into dragons, things like that.’

Between now and January, when Thor begins shooting, Tom has to keep himself fit and healthy.

‘Ken wants Loki to have a lean and hungry look, like Cassius in Julius Caesar. Physically, he can’t be posing as Thor.’

Finally the casting crew has found its wolf pack! Set your eyes on the actors which will comprise the supporting crew of Jacob Black in the movie Twilight.

Supergirl?

Nah, she’s actually going to be starring as Aspen, the heroine of Fathom which was written by late great Michael Turner.

James Cameron was supposedly the one who would helm the project but that didn’t push through. After that there was talk of an animated film with the collaboration of Top Cow and Fox Studios but that also didn’t push through.

Hopefully Megan will be the secret ingredient that will finally bring Fathom to life.

Also Megan’s on-off boyfriend Brian Austin Green will co-produce the movie.

Half Blood Prince for me signifies the start of the end. A lot of plot points are going to be answered in this movie.

Voldemort is back and Dumbledore needs to prepare for the final battle.

Ron and Hermione will begin to fall for each other and Harry will finally realize what he feels about Ginny Weasley.

The beginning of the end? What will life be without Harry? Hmmm..

After Twilight the movie I can rest easy. My girlfriend’s Twilight mania is finally subsiding.. or so I thought.

The next installment of the Twilight series is fast approaching. New Moon is one of the most controversial movies and has been getting a lot of news lately.

The lanky Taylor Lautner who plays Jacob Black was to be replaced since he won’t be able to pull of his muscle bound adolescent persona. His agent was able to save him though by demonstrating how digital enhancements could work.

Director Catherine Hardwicke has turned down helming the next installment despite a rumored whopping paycheck due to film budget constraints and production scheduling.
The storyline is also a problem since Edward will be absent for more than half of the film. Hollywood movies who have tried this formula often fail and the best example would be Pearl Harbor.

Finally Chris Weitz, the director of American Pie and Mr. and Mrs. Smith has been announced as the new director.

With this said It’s going to be hell for us guys again )

I’m currently reading this comic. The story’s plot revolves around an incident that kills everything that has a Y chromosome (That’s all the male species for those who don’t understand )

Here comes protagonist Yorick Brown, a guy out of college looking for a job. He just adopted a pet monkey named Ampersand and was currently proposing to his girlfriend Beth Deville when the incident happened.

So what happens when Yorick finds out he’s the only man alive O.o

Here starts the story of Yorick’s adventures of finding his true love Beth. Kinda romantic don’t you think?

Y: The Last Man was created by famed comic book writter Brian K. Vaughan.

I happened to google the comic and found out that a film adapatation was on-going.

The film will be directed by D.J. Caruso.

Here’s an except from Caruso about the movie:

Caruso: it’s been a while. I think it’s one of those that the source material is fantastic stuff, it’s great, but it’s a tough one to lick into getting into a screenplay. I’ve tried to feel like it’s a trilogy of movies and I think everyone sort of agrees, but at the same time, just getting the first movie right and getting the right beats and knowing what to put in, it’s been really tough. You have great minds like David Goyer and you’ve got Carl Ellsworth and you’ve got Brian K. Vaughn, and I’m working with them to just kind of crack it and get it down. And we’re almost there. I know it’s a slow process, but I think eventually we’ll get it. We’re going to get it and we’ll get it right, but we had a pretty good breakthrough a couple weeks ago in the final act, and hopefully we’ll get there.

So who will play Yorick? According to rumors Shia LaBouff, Ryan Reynolds, Joseph Gordon-Levitt or Topher Grace are all eligible.
